- Returns

Products can be returned for up to 21 days without being unpacked.

For better management we do not exchange, if you want another item, order the desired item and return the item that does not suit you.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of an order error or a defect not provided for in the conditions of sale of the product, returns will be at the expense of Maxxidiscount

The items must be returned to us within 14 days maximum, after this period Paris will reserve the right to refuse the return.

Returns are verified within 48 hours maximum and the order is refunded within 24 working hours.


- If the order has been returned to us for the following reasons:

  • The customer did not pick up their parcel within the time allowed at the relay point
  • Bad Address (NPAI)
  • customer Absent during delivery with deposit at the nearest relay point and not collected within the time allowed

The shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer will have to pay the shipping costs again for a new delivery

- Service

Philips Avent products are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 1 to 2 years depending on the type of product.

The backpacks and satchels are guaranteed for 6 months against any manufacturing defect. In case of misuse no guarantee will be taken into account.
